As a kind of automobile bulk material unloading device, the common rear dumper is widely used in the units and departments of the chemical industry, steel, grain and oil, feed, coal, cement and other industries that have bulk material receiving operations. There are two types of conventional angle dump trucks and large angle dump trucks. Large angle dump trucks are used for unloading bulk materials such as coal, ore, cement and other materials with poor scattering properties. Conventional angle rear dump trucks are often used for bulk materials unloading trucks with good scattering properties such as grain, oil, feed, water, chemical industry, and coal.

1. All the unloaders adopt mechanical self-synchronization system, even if the oil cylinder has bad conditions, it can ensure that the unloader will not have safety accidents.

2. Adopt high-power cooling system to ensure the service life of hydraulic oil and reduce the use cost of equipment.

3. The oil pump adopts imported configuration, with low failure rate and long service life;

4. The cylinder seal adopts the fully imported configuration, with fewer failures and long service life;

5. All hydraulic systems and components are cleaned and tested by special equipment before assembly. Long-term use without clogging, oil leakage, and stable operation.

6. The whole machine adopts PLC control, remote control operation, safe, simple and reliable operation.
