Intelligent weighing instrument is adopted to ensure high precision and stable performance.
Functions of automatic error correction, alarm for out of tolerance and zero tracing are available.
Display for gross weight, net weight and count of bags are available.
Be able to store various formulas.
Two lines of intensive brushes are attached on the two sides of feeding belt to prevent lateral leakage of materials.
Dual speed motor is adopted, with cooperation of cylinder, to enable feeding at three speeds to meet the requirements on precision and speed.
Return air port is reserved to prevent raise of dust and improve work site environment.
Dual-hopper structure are adopted to improve the productivity of a single machine.

Structure:

The product mainly consists of dual feeding unit (belt and gate), dual scale hopper, two sensors, bag picking unit, frame, pneumatic system, control cabinet, conveyor and sealing unit.
