Applicable scope:

This product is widely used in industries such as grain, feed and chemical industry.

Automatic packing control system:

The main body consists of programmable controller, photoelectric and position detector, which can coordinate and control the whole packing machine with a touch screen panel, featuring comprehensive functions and easy to maintenance.

Main structures and functions of the system:

Quantitative packer: it’s used for measuring the material. Through flow by gravity, the material can be measured during fast or slow feeding process. The size of opening can be adjusted, as well as the speed and precision.
Automatic bag feeder: the bag feeder can hold 400 empty bags in front and back batches. Bags will be collected by a sucker and positioned with photoelectric sensor, thus the bags in the back batch could move to the position of front batch when they are filled.
Bag moving unit: to move the empty bag from the bag feeder to the waiting area for opening.
Automatic bag picker: to open empty bags and attach them on the clamp by mechanical arm.
Actuator for filled bags: after filled the bags, to even the bags and move them onto the vertical conveyor.
Automatic sealing unit: to automatically seal with support of photoelectric sensor.
